Auditions for Plays in the Park

Announcing auditions for “A Year with Frog and Toad “, and “The Roaring Girl “, produced by Plays in the Park, in partnership with the City of Arcata Recreation Division. Auditions are held at the Redwood Lounge in Redwood Park, Arcata. Dates and times for “A Year with Frog and Toad” are Saturday, March 12 and Sundays, March 13 and March 20 from 6 – 8 p.m. Dates and times for “The Roaring Girl” are Saturday, April 16 and Sunday, April 17 from 6 – 8 p.m. The auditions consist of readings from the scripts and some theater games. If you wish to audition for A Year with Frog and Toad, please prepare a song with sheet music for the accompanist. Prepared monologues are not required. Both shows run concurrently in rep from Friday, August 19 - Sunday, September 11. All performances are in Redwood Park, Arcata. Rehearsals begin in June.
