The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites the public to November’s Board Leadership Roundtable. This event is geared toward board members and those who work with them and this month’s topic is Thriving as the Board President - or as any officer! Does your Nominating Committee have trouble finding someone willing to take on the job of Board President or other officers? At this roundtable we will discuss what is expected of a Board President or other officer, and how everyone on the board can help them thrive. Aided by effective officers and other board members, an effective President can lead the organization to great success!
