Whether you’re trying to defuse a political discussion that’s turned ugly, discuss an emotional topic with a partner, talk to an unpleasant coworker, or make yourself heard by an overbearing relative, conflict is an opportunity to learn, try on new perspectives, and grow as a person.

Humboldt Mediation Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization of mediators who have worked to promote peaceful conflict resolution in Humboldt County for over 30 years. Our Communication & Conflict Management Workshop will help you develop the skills and confidence to communicate clearly and defuse conflicts.
The workshop will be offered on Saturday, April 29 from 8:45 am - 4:30 pm at Mad River Community Hospital’s Minckler Room.
Regular tuition is $75. Discounts are available. Enjoy a continental breakfast on us and bring a brown bag lunch.
