Downstream Designs Mural Unveiling Shuttle Tour

Arcata Plaza

Three artists and one group of youth artsist were comissioned by the City of Arcata to design and paint engaging storm drain murals to bring awareness to our local watershed and the effects of pollution entering through the drains.

Join us this Saturday at the Farmer’s market, to take a free shuttle to visit all of the sites, meet the artists and learn more about the project and our local watershed. Start at our table on the plaza, located near the corner of H & 8th Streets. Take the tour, complete a short survey and receive a free sticker of your favorite mural!

Free shuttle tours will leave the plaza at 11:00am, 11:45am and 12:30pm and will last approximately 30-35 minutes.
