Fall Program: Schubert, Schumann & Haydn ~ Fri-Sat, Oct 11-12, 2013 at 8 pm

Join us for our opening weekend, featuring Humboldt native Ryan MacEvoy McCullough performing Schumann’s only Piano Concerto. Premiered by Schumann’s wife Clara, this concerto can be seen as an homage to their musical partnership. Our evening programme also includes Schubert’s Overture to Rosamund - a charming piece originally written as incidental music, and now a mainstay in the classical repertoire - and Haydn’s Symphony No. 82:L’ours (The Bear).
