Specific wines and additional menu details available soon Appetizer: Paired with Prosecco Braised pork belly Or Grilled asparagus Served with a Prosecco and spring onion risotto Salad: Paired with Chardonnay Local mixed greens, Cypress Grove Chevre, rainbow carrots, shaved radish and candied pecans tossed in a pear, ginger and Chardonnay reduction vinaigrette. Entrée: Paired with Pinot Noir 1/2 roasted game hen Or Portobello mushroom pair filled with herbed heirloom rice, leeks and toasted almonds Served with a Pinot Noir beurre rouge, brown butter, napini, and green garlic.
