The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites the public to our two-day workshop Fostering Equity & Inclusion. Many organizations have an intention of being diverse and also have a hard time becoming inclusive of differences. This workshop will offer tools to help you identify what gets in the way of practice matching intention when it comes to diversity and inclusion in your organization, and help you create a plan for beginning to address it.
