Learn Greenland qajaq building from Greenland Inuit and ten-time Greenland National Qajaq Champion, Maligiaq Padilla, with assistance from Marc Daniels of True North Skin Boats.
In this intensive workshop you’ll make your own tailor-fitted, high performance Greenland sea qajaq based upon the measurements of your body. Maligiaq learned his building techniques from Greenland Inuit elders and enjoys sharing this knowledge with others.
