Join Jeremy Michael Clark, Ph.D., County of Humboldt Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager, as we explore introductory concepts of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and non-profit environment.
This course will explore changing demographics and their impact to the workplace. Grounded in data, the course will introduce participants to the importance of inclusion in the workplace.
Participants will leave with a basic understanding of the changing workplace and how introductory principles of DEI can assist organizations in creating inclusive cultures to optimize the employee experience.
