“Island Hopping” Curb the winter doldrums with a bit of “Island Hopping.” George Johnson and Nan Nieboer will share their travels to Easter Island (Rapa Nui), a department of Chile, and the Galapagos Islands, an Ecuadorean province. These remote Pacific Islands offer unique opportunities for curious visitors to learn about their history and photograph their mysterious solemn statues and curious creatures. In retirement, Nan and George have enjoyed their travels and appreciate the chance to share their photos and experiences with others.
