Nurse’s Night Out

Lost Coast Brewery Brewing Facility

The local chapter of the Nursing Honor Society is sponsoring another Nurses Night Out! https://lostcoastoutpost.com/lowdown/venues/submit/Wednesday March 30th from 5:30 to 8:30. This networking and educational program will be held at the Lost Coast Brew House, 1600 Sunset Dr. in Eureka (near the cemetery). The subject of the evening is Empowering Patients through Patient Advocacy. Topics include a presentation on the shared decision making model, and strategies to inspire nurses in advocacy. A Brew House Tour is available starting at 5pm- RSVP’ing will insure your place and a $2.00 donation is encouraged from tour participants. There will be professional networking time and homemade chili and cornbread will be served preceding the educational component of the evening. Also, CEUs will be available courtesy of the Open Door Community Health Centers. There will be a $20.00 general admission, $15.00 for active STTI members and $5.00 for current students. Please join the members of Omicron Omega Chapter 382 of Sigma Theta Tau International for this interesting evening of networking, education, and discussion.
