Please join Nite Pie this Saturday, February 28th, 6 p.m. at Northtown Books to celebrate Year of the Goat, Sheep or Ram as the case may be. We will be making Malted Walnut Pie, Chili Cheese Quiche, Swiss Chard Mushroom Galette, Pumpkin Mascarpone Pie, Pear and Goat Cheese Galette, Asparagus Galette, Caramelized Garlic, Spinach and Cheddar Tart, Peach Pie, Tar Heel Pie and Shepherd’s Pie. We were inspired by the Year of the Goat in our menu selections and hope you will come and enjoy hanging out with friends, looking at books and sampling some hopefully very delicious treats!
