Next Up ARTS ARCATA…Hosted by Dirty Business Soil Presented by Levon Durr of the locally acclaimed “Fungaia Farms” which is a small mushroom company located in the foothills of Humboldt County “We’re passionate about minimizing impacts on the environment, by promoting low-energy methods for growing our mushrooms.” Durr spearheaded a diesel spill with mycoremediation in Orleans, CA and it was a success. He will be discussing the possibilities of mycoremediation and the importance of biological clean-ups versus chemical. All are invited to attend! There will also be our featured artist of the month Nathan showcasing his “Tiny Planets” and the wonders of the world which exemplifies the surreal and emotional awe of landscapes from Colorado and Hawaii.
