What is it about a man who will get down and romp with kids? Even an ugly one looks sexy and Nathan Fillion…. Well, he’d melt the Queen of Winter herself.
After reading my last Firefly blog, Denise of Kids Need to Read sent me two pictures of Nathan Fillion and his goddaughter, Skylar. The photos were taken at Wondercon, March 2007. Skylar’s Dad, PJ Haarsma (author of The Softwire:Virus on Orbis 1) kindly gave his permission for me to use the shots. In the October 2007 issue of Big Damn Zine, Haarsma relates how Skylar adores her “Uncle Nashun.” It looks pretty obvious that Fillion loves Skylar, too.
In addition to being cute, Skylar must be a little witch—presciently aware she was going to appear online in October and dressing appropriately.
