Once again, as in the case of Matt Cohen, it looks like the main federal strategy is to go after the medical marijuana players who are most assiduous in complying with state law and local ordinances. Thanks, dudes!
As the Eye’s Kevin Hoover notes, the federal pressure targeted Humboldt Medical Supply’s landlord — the large Arcata-based development and property management firm Danco. No word yet on what is happening with the two other dispensaries that rent from Danco.
