Today’s Times-Standard profiles Humboldt State’s new Institute for Interdisciplinary Marijuana Research, which is hoping to establish itself as the nation’s premier academic institution devoted to marijuana research. Government and Politics Professor Jason Plume is giving a talk on regulatory reform and legalization measures this Tuesday night, 5:30 p.m., in the Behavioral and Social Science Building’s Native Forum.
