Shasta County Sheriff’s Office press release:
There was a possible recent sighting of Shane Franklin Miller in the Fort Jones area. Shane Miller is the suspect in a triple homicide that occurred on May 7 in Shingletown.
The subject was on foot, wearing a blue flannel shirt, green pants US Forest Service style, an unknown color ball cap, and was carrying a large green backpack approximately 3 feet tall. The subject had a red beard approximately 6 inches in length with gray at the roots. Miller is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
There is an active warrant for Miller’s arrest for the crime of homicide.
