UPDATE, 4/23: The Outpost was contacted by Nathan Burgoon who asked if he could provide his side of the story. According to Burgoon, on the day in question he’d been helping his uncle move some items and was unaware of the contents of some of the bags he was transporting. While he admitted that he was in fact talking on his cell phone while driving he insists that each of the firearms has appropriate associated paperwork. Charges have yet to be filed, but Burgoon has a court date in May and said he would report back as to the outcome of his case. -AG
