Humboldt County Sheriff’s Press Release:

On 08-05-2014, at approximately 6:00 p.m., Codie Shane Donahue walked into the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office and turned himself in. Donahue told deputies who interviewed him that he learned he was wanted after seeing his picture and the news release in local media outlets. Donahue was arrested for assault with a firearm, burglary, intimidation of a witness and terrorist threats. He is being held without bail.
