UPDATE, JUNE 6, 4:15 p.m.: This afternoon, the Outpost spoke with the victim in this case — Lindsay Kaminksy’s husband, Glenn Kaminsky.

Glenn Kaminsky said he was sleeping at the time his wife attacked him, stabbing him in the throat with a knife. It was not a “domestic dispute,” as had been reported, he asserted.

Kaminsky was audibly distraught throughout our phone conversation this afternoon, several times breaking down completely. He said that his wife is “the kindest person in the world,” but that for the last few weeks her behavior and her mental processes had abruptly changed. He said they had sought professional help for her, but had been unable find it in time.

“I know she tried to kill me and I’ll never get past that, and I know I’ll never get past that, and I don’t know what’s next in life for me,” he said. “But I know she’s not a bad person. She would do anything for anybody.”
