From the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

On Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at approximately 8:50 a.m. the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a deceased male in his vehicle on Lighthouse Rd in Petrolia. Unknown chemicals in the vehicle were located by the Petrolia Fire Department. The Sheriff’s and Coroner’s Office arrived on scene, along with Hazmat. The decedent was later identified as 28 year old David Charles Yale Bush, from Oakland, CA.

An autopsy has been scheduled for Friday, February 5, 2016 to determine cause of death.
