Emergency personnel have responded to a residence on the corner of H and Eighth streets in Eureka for what scanner traffic indicated as a possible break-in in which multiple victims may have been stabbed.
At 8:51 p.m. Tuesday night a dispatcher could be heard over the scanner describing the call she received. “It’s an open line with the subject stating he was just stabbed by three subjects with knives,” she said. Emergency personnel later state that a victim sustained multiple lacerations to his leg. Later a dispatcher notes that two victims with stab wounds reported that they were driving themselves to the hospital.
The Outpost‘s John Ferrara is at the scene where Eureka Police officers and investigators are still processing. We will update when we have more information.
