Occurred on Basayo Village Ct, Fortuna. (Hundred block.) Rp's ex was arrested a few days ago. Rp just rcvd word that their mutual car is missing from where it was left (Basayo). Subject left on foot heading north through the alley by the Theatre. bright red/silver whip cream dispenser one described as wearing white shorts, white tank top.
