In your response to the “Unfinished Business” question, you say “We are rehabilitating our public spaces and facilities (go check out Da Yas Park construction) due to measure H.” Previous articles in the media say that the Da Yas project is made possible due to a grant from California State Parks Statewide Park Program. These are conflicting statements. (1) How much is the total cost of the Da Yas Park construction? (2) How much funding is from Eureka City Hall? (3) How much funding is from State Grant funding? Thanks
