I live in a well established neighborhood in Arcata. We bought our house in 2008, which happens to be the same year the city of Arcata was cracking down on “grow” houses. Over the past 12 years our neighbors house has turned into a nuisance flop house. How will you as a city councilman help crack down on drug houses?
