The Trinity County Journal recently did an excellent interview with the parents of Sky Richardson.  It is an informative piece. I highly recommend it. Below are some important quotes.

1. “We want to make sure people know we’re grateful to the Gunds and the Kettenpom community,” said Erica Crimp, mother of 26-year-old Christopher Sky Richardson. “They’re people with good hearts.”
2. Trinity County Det. Bryan Ward has said there is no evidence that anyone but Gouverneur was responsible. Toxicology reports and results of evidence sent to the state Department of Justice are still pending.
3. The Crimps are confident that Gouverneur, known as Mas to friends, alone was responsible for the killings. …. “He left on his own to see Sky,” Erica Crimp said.
4. “We think it was a crime of passion,” Dave Crimp said, although he added that the use of a stun gun indicates some level of premeditation. “We do not know the reason or depth.”
