There are somewhere over 100 people in the council chambers right now for the emergency meeting on the firing of EPD Chief Garr Nielsen.

A dozen people have spoken as I type; the first three offered support for the city council and City Manager, and the rest are — in one way or another — angry about Nielsen’s dismissal.
