UPDATE: Mr. Quen was found dead today, Oct 15.

A Fortuna man has been missing since Saturday night.  Joseph Quen, Sr. (66) was last seen in the Trinity Co. Forest in the Penney Ridge area which is southeast of Ruth Lake in the Hopkins Camp area.   He is 5‘10 and 250 pounds.  He may have been wearing an orange hunting vest or camo clothing.

The Trinity Co. Sheriff’s Office has called off the search but family members are still attempting to look for the missing hunter. If you can assist with the search please call Joey Quen at 725-5097 or498-5570.
