Earlier this morning, KSLG’s John Matthews spoke with Stephen Walters, grandfather of the McClymonds High School student who was allegedly taunted with racist epithets at a Ferndale High football game weekend before last. Walters, who wrote a letter to the Ferndale Enterprise following the incident, went on the air primarily to refute Ferndale fan Mike Martin, who yesterday on KSLG maintained that no racially charged insults came from his group of hardcore Ferndale supporters on the sidelines.
