Cold weather last night left mountain roads with a moderate amount of snow.  Berry Summit has been plowed on 299. But Alderpoint Rd was covered with a 1/2”. Marty Messenger says that crews will be on it at first light. Shelter Cove Rd is clear however.

There were thunder storms in northern Humboldt last night.  One of which dumped hail near Fortuna causing several accidents.
