John Matthews’ Guest of the Week: It’s nearly been a year and a half since the health department shut down “The Bridge,” Fernbridge’s restaurant/grocery store, on the grounds that its water supply was tainted with E. coli. Since then, owners Deb Woods and Steve Sterbeck have come to the John Matthews program numerous times to talk about their legal troubles and sing songs. This appearance was probably their last: the embattled shop shut its doors recently.
