Caltrans’ spokeperson Scott Burger said that the work on the culverts north of Dean Creek should be finished by the end of next week.  One way traffic control should be terminated by the close of work today or tomorrow.  In addition, delay time is expected to go down.  He said, Thanks to everyone for their patience during this project.
