UPDATE 8 A.M.: The CHP site is saying that, according to PG&E, the road will be closed until 2 P.M.

At 2:30 this morning, a white SUV collided with a power pole bringing it down. As best as I can tell (click link for details), Samoa Blvd (Hwy 255) was shut down near Arcata at V St. and Jackson Ranch Rd. and has remained that way until now at 6:50 A.M.
