The CHP site is reporting two accidents in Shelter Cove this afternoon on Upper Pacific Drive. The first accident was quite serious and resulted in major injuries. The incident is described as a motorcycle traffic collision.  One person was transferred to Redwood Memorial Hospital with what sounds like a broken leg.

An hour an a half later around 6 P.M., a second vehicle in the same area went into a ditch.
