Although there are reportedly no new fires in the Humboldt area, the skies today have been smudged with smoke. It is one of the smokiest days of the year so far.
The Lake County News is reporting that the smoke is coming from Idaho wildfires (see the graphic above from NASA/MODIS.) They go into more details on their site.
