Weather schmeather. We have boat.

After announcing that bad sailing conditions were to delay the Hawaiian Chieftan until Saturday — which would have cancelled several events — a gnarly tall ship crew just decided to haul ass and beat the weather. Pro move. So if you head down to bay it’s docked there as we speak. And some of this weekend’s events are back on.

The other tall ship Lady Washington remains paralyzed by weather fears and probably won’t be here until Monday (but, as history has proven …)
