This summer, y’all have been hashtagging your beachside/riverbank/bayshore photos with #SwimmableHumboldt because Humboldt Baykeeper offered up a sweet bay tour as a prize. If you want some west-coast pride, search your Instagram account for #SwimmableHumboldt and #SwimmableCalifornia. 

The following announcement comes from the fun-loving, photo-scouring Baykeeper headquaters:

“Thanks to everyone who submitted wonderful photos to our Swimmable Humboldt Photo Contest! Many will be on exhibit during Arts Alive on Sept. 7 from 6 to 9 pm at the Baykeeper office. We really enjoyed seeing people enjoying Humboldt’s beautiful rivers and beaches!

The Grand Prize goes to Zeke Smith (photo below), winner of the tour of Humboldt Bay on our Boston Whaler with 4 of his friends and family.”
