On 08/24/13 around 9:30 PM the Eureka Police Department received several reports of shot(s) heard near Glatt and W Streets. Responding Officers found an adult female Eureka resident at the location with a gunshot wound. She reported that she met with subjects with whom she was only casually acquainted, at that location in furtherance of a planned marijuana sale.
After shooting the female, the subjects reportedly left in a vehicle described by the female as a newer (possibly) Chevrolet gold four-door car. The car had (possible) Wyoming license plate(s) and the right rear window was covered in tape.
The subjects being sought are described:
Black male adult, 5’10” 160 lbs, with numerous face and arm tattoos, possibly known as “BJ.”
Black male adult, 5’10’ 175 lbs, possibly known as “J.”
White male adult, early to mid 20’s, blonde hair.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Eureka Police Department or Senior Detective Todd Wilcox.

According to scanner traffic, a shooting occurred at Glatt and W St. (See map below.) Eureka Police received the call about 9:45 P.M. An ambulance was sent for the gunshot victim. EPD are searching for a gold Chevy possibly a Cavalier with Wyoming plates and the rear passenger window broken out. The occupants, two black male adults and a white male adult, are wanted for an assault with a deadly weapon and are “believed to be still in possession of a firearm.”
