This morning, LoCO reader Crystal Saloman sent in the above photo of an officer escorting a lost dog off the freeway near Rio Dell.

Saloman said, “He had all traffic slowed down to 10 mph for about a mile until we reached this exit. Kudos to that officer.”

Kudos to the officer and kudos to you, Ms. Saloman, for taking the time to send in a photo of someone doing a good deed.  It brightened our Monday!
