A power pole fire/explosion in Pine Hill took out electricity to some 900 customers. An on-the-ground Friend o’ the LoCO says that neighbors heard a large “POP,” after which power was briefly gone. A KHUM caller said that the air all around the site smelled of gunpowder. Not clear if others are still experiencing outages.
