As firefighters battle flames throughout the night, a few families of the crews will remember and worry that it was almost exactly 11 years ago that three of their own died not far from the site of this current fire.  One of them, Heather Johnny had been married just a few, short months before to a Karuk tribal member. Reportedly she is laid to rest on his family land not far from Orleans.
