The CHP received a report of a grass fire in the center divide of Hwy 101 near Trinidad just before 6 P.M. yesterday evening. A reader sent in the above photo.
There were several similar reports in the north county area later on in the evening. At 9:49 P.M. on 101 near the south offramp to McKinleyville. At 9:50 P.M. near South School Rd. At 9:55 P.M. at North School Rd. onramp.
