Press release from the Eureka Police Department:
On 06/06/13, detectives from the Eureka Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit (POP) served a search warrant at a motel room at the 1400 block of 4th St, in Eureka. The warrant service was in response to numerous complaints of in and out traffic related to possible narcotic activity from a room controlled by Alicia Wibur (age 23).
As a result of their search, detectives located 1 gram of heroin, 0.4 grams of methamphetamine, a syringe loaded with suspected heroin, scales, packaging and over $1800 in cash. Wilbur was arrested and transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sales and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
