UPDATE 9 P.M.: Suspect detained on School Rd.

Scanner traffic is describing a dramatic scene on or near the Weott offramp. A hitchhiker was apparently stabbed and is in the middle of the roadway.  The suspect has been stopped and apparently no longer has a knife.  

Police and medical are on the scene. Updates as we get them.
