From the Eureka Police Department:

On 03/04/2013, at about 1:10 pm, detectives from the Eureka Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit (POP) were conducting narcotic enforcement in the Old Town area of Eureka. During the investigation, Cynthia Sue Bryson was spotted riding a bicycle near 3rd and ‘L’ streets.

An enforcement stop was conducted on Bryson (age 41), who is on probation. During a search of Bryson, detectives located 5.4 grams of Heroin, .4 grams of Methamphetamine, and a digital gram scale. Bryson was taken into custody and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for Possession of Heroin for Sale, Possession of Methamphetamine and Transportation of Narcotics.
