On 11/20/13 at approximately 5:23 p.m., Eureka Police Officers were dispatched to Buhne Street and J Street on the report of an injury traffic collision between a pickup truck and a sedan.
Upon arrival officers found a 2011 VW Jetta with major front end damage that was blocking the northbound lane of J Street at Buhne Street. The driver of the VW, identified as forty-six year old Gerald Green of Eureka, and a female juvenile passenger were transported by ambulance to Saint Joseph Hospital. A 2007 Ford F-150 driven by thirty-seven year old Jamie Christie of Eureka, fled the scene in the vehicle.
