UPDATE 5:35 P.M.: Terri Dailey has been located. Though her home had been checked earlier, Eureka Police Dept. located Terri Dailey at her home around 4:15. She had just been home a short time. EPD notified Chris Cook of Cook and Associates and brought Dailey safely back to St. Joseph’s. Cook went to the hospital, interviewed her, and confirmed her identity. According to Cook, Dailey is in good physical condition but somewhat disoriented.
Cook said that she got phone calls today from LoCO readers with helpful information about Dailey’s location today. Thank you, Humboldt, for helping out.

Chris Cook of Cook and Associates, a private investigation firm, wrote the LoCO asking for help and explaining, “A woman, who may be in danger to herself and disoriented, recently walked away from St. Joseph’s Hospital in Eureka.”
According to Cook, Terri Dailey, age 60 of Eureka is “suffering from a brain related matter and is need of immediate medical attention… . She has been reported as missing to EPD earlier today.”
Dailey was last seen in the area of the Humboldt County Courthouse this morning wearing blue jeans and grey sweatshirt. She was disoriented.
She is 5‘4” and 175 lbs. She has fair complexion and medium brown hair past her shoulders. She wears glasses.
“If seen,” Cook said, “please call me immediately on my cell phone (707-616-4507) or notify Eureka Police Department.”
