From the Humboldt County Drug Task Force:

On 09-03-2013 at about 3:30 pm the Humboldt County Drug Task Force assisted by the Eureka Police Department served a search warrant at a residence located in the 1800 block of A Street, Eureka.

Officers detained two suspects at the residence who they identified as, Timothy Buklop Chiemwichitra age 27 (aka Timmy “C”) and Ebony Marie Caldwell age 32. When officers searched the residence they located approximately one and a half ounces of methamphetamines and approximately ½ of an ounce of heroin. Officers located a sawed off shotgun in the upstairs bedroom.

Officers arrested Chiemwichitra for possession for sales of methamphetamines and possession for sales of heroin, possession of a sawed off shotgun, being armed in commission of a felony and for violation of probation. Ebony was arrested for possession of heroin and for violation of probation.

Chiemwichitra was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and his bail was set at $50,000 dollars. Ebony was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and was released on her promise to appear in court.

This case remains under investigation by the Humboldt County Drug Task Force.
