LoCO readers are writing in with reports that a blue and white helicopter is buzzing various points in the county — we’ve heard Arcata, Eureka and Fortuna so far. A few have noted the whirly bird descending to rather low altitudes. So far we’ve only received the not-too-helpful photo above, so we’re putting it to y’all: What have you seen? Help us figure this out.
