My son and my daughter

Son threatened 

They had gone on some trails in Scotia. Him and a couple of friends  Daughter. They kept walking past chopping sounds. 

One’s 11 and 13 

He was swinging on the swing. Someone started throwing sticks. Go get a life.  Throwing sticks. Can’t hide stupid. The kid just flew out from behind a tree. ran over to son in tree so he was on the ground. Held axe at his neck These are my woods get the fuk out.

He wnet to her.  THere were 4 kids. He escorted them off the trails. He had no shirt on.  my daughter thought he was definitely on drugs.

We called sheriff. They came and looked and didn’t find trails. couple of hours identified him and an axe. Two axes.  Short like hatchet or like a medieveal weapon. She identified him. She never met him or seen him before.  While me and my son stayed in the car. Assault with deadly weapon.  He was on the schoolbus the next morning. A schoolbus that my daughter would take to school. A friend of hers recognized him on the bus. 

She went in to talk to one of her teachers that she is close to. 

I talked to the school there is not much that they can do.   What school?They can be in fights off campus to and from school. i know they told him that he can’t ride the bus He has teh right to the education. My biggest thing is that these kids have a right to an education when they haven’t committed any crime.  Restraining order. Two days ago. Arrested for stealing and burning a kid. There are things that I can’t find out. If I hadn’t have called the school they wouldn’t have a clue. The sgt at FPD didn’t know. No one was notified until I notified them.
